This will show
- my weight improvement
- a running log for the previous week
- a Diet & Exercise summary from Nutracheck (assuming i keep it going and subscribe).

- Weight: A foot-dragging 14 stone
- Log: wed - 20 min walk; Thu - 20 min walk; next planned for Saturday
